Great first time with a laundry service and pickup / delivery. Made the switch from my shared apartment washer /dryer and I couldn’t be happier. Driver was very friendly. Clothes were returned folded and separated in new reusable bag. I used the app which was a great resource. Love that you get status updates at each stage of service, from pickup – wash – delivery. Their pickup and drop off times were accurate which made planning my day much easier. They were also transparent about how I would be charged, which is something I was initially nervous about. Very happy about the service and will use them again.
