Bubble Beach laundry offers a 24 hour turn around pickup and delivery wash & fold laundry service from your residence or place of business.
How do I schedule my first pickup?
You can schedule your first Bubble Beach pickup on our website (www.bubblebeachlaundry.com), or on our mobile app (available on iOS or Android). If you have any difficulties, feel free to email us at email@example.com – our team is always happy to help!
What can I expect to happen on my first pickup?
Simple! On the evening of your scheduled pickup, a Bubble Beacher will arrive between 4pm-6pm or 6pm-8pm. They’ll bring Bubble Beach bags for Wash & Fold, which will all be tagged with your information. Our driver will then drop off your bag at our in house facility where our expert washers will wash and fold your items, and our driver will bring everything back to you within 24 hours.

Do I have to be home for the pickup and delivery?
It is not necessary to be present for pickup or delivery as long as we agree upon the method to receive/drop off your laundry.
Is there a charge or minimum amount for pickup or delivery?
Bubble Beach Laundry has a minimum ordering starting at $25.00
Do we charge a service fee?
Bubble Beach laundry does not charge service fees. We provide you with a free Bubble Beach Laundry bag…It is yours to keep as long as you use our service. We keep it simple and easy.
Do we have “Same Day” service?
At this time we do not offer “Same Day” service.
How long does your laundry services take?
Our service is a 24 hour turn around. This means if we pick up in the morning, your laundry will be delivered the next morning. If we pick up in the evening, your laundry will be delivered the next evening. Talk about quick turn around!
Do we provide Hang Dry option?
After laundering with the rest of your Wash & Fold, Hang Dry items will be hung up to dry in a climate-controlled environment, and returned to you in a clear plastic garment bag. We’ll fold everything else and package it for protection.
Do we provide Dry Cleaning?
At this time, we do not offer dry cleaning on our pick up and delivery service. If you would like dry cleaning you will need to drop off and pickup from our location.
Can I receive a delivery if I’m not home?
If you are not available during our 4pm-6pm & 6pm-8pm delivery window, you can edit settings on your account via website or app, which will allow you to designate where you would like your order to be left. In addition, while we do offer personless pickup and delivery options, we require that you be available for your first pickup so that we may go through the onboarding process with you.
Can I give you more clothes at the time of delivery?
Yes, many of our customers give us more clothes for cleaning every time we come by with a delivery. If you are consistently giving us new clothes every time we come by to deliver your finished items, we are happy to provide an extra Bubble Beach laundry bag to help expedite the process.
How do I pay for your laundry services?
You can pay for our laundry services either by debit card, credit card, Venmo, or Paypal. We accept all major credit cards.
How will I know the total cost?
Our driver carries a hang scale and we can give you an estimate upon pickup. We will not charge you until delivery is complete, and you can expect to receive an itemized receipt via email immediately following delivery. Your final cost will vary depending on the weight of your clothes.

Can I manage my laundry service requests via the Internet or App?
Absolutely! We encourage you to create an account with Bubble Beach Laundry under the “Your Account” tab on our website or App. All the key information in your profile will enable us to accurately and professionally process your service orders.
What if I don’t have Internet service?
If you do not have access to the Internet, call us at (310) 978-7594. We will process your order, based on your requirements, in a timely manner.
What happens if Bubble Beach loses or damages one of my items?
We encourage you to open your Bubble Beach bags as soon as they are delivered to confirm that all is well. In the rare instance that something is damaged or missing, we will start working to make things right as soon as we’re aware.
In the case of a damaged item, we will work with you to determine if it can be repaired or restored to good condition. For those items that cannot be satisfactorily repaired, or for any missing items, we will reimburse you for up to the full value of that item, in accordance with our terms and conditions.
Items over $250 will be evaluated for depreciation based on the initial date of purchase and their pre-existing condition.
For any damaged items we replace, we ask that we be able to keep them so that we can either donate them to one of our local charity partners or use them for training purposes with our cleaning team.
How do I redeem my Bubble Beach Gift Card?
Redeem your Bubble Beach Gift Card by visiting bubblebeachapp.com/gift_cards.php and entering your code. If you already have a Bubble Beach account, your code will be added to your account as Bubble Beach credit. If you do not have a Bubble Beach account or are not logged in, you will be prompted to sign up or log-in prior to redeeming your Bubble Beach Gift card.
Are there any fees associated with purchasing a Bubble Beach Gift Card?
No, you will only be charged the face value of your Bubble Beach Gift Card. There are no processing or shipping fees associated with the Bubble Beach Gift Card.
What if I want to offer Bubble Beach Laundry as a perk at my Company?
We are always excited when our customers want to share Bubble Beach with their colleagues and employees. If you are interested in exploring how we might be able to work together, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll take care of you.
Do you accept clothing donations?
100% Yes! We would love to help you donate your clothes to someone in need. All you have to do is give any clothes you want to donate in a paper or plastic bag to your driver when they come by for a regular pickup or delivery. Make sure to mark the bag with a note that the items are for donation. If you have a large number of items to be donated, please reach out to our Bubble Beach team at email@example.com to give us a heads up so we are ready to accommodate the pickup.
