The terms ”Bubble Beach Laundry” or ”BBL” ”us” or ”we” refer to the owner of the website. The  term  

Privacy Policy  

By accessing or using our Services, whether or not you register to use the Service, you agree to the  terms of this Agreement and to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information, which  establish a contractual relationship between you and BBL. You should review the Agreement before  providing us with any information.  

As a condition of this Agreement, you further acknowledge that BBL may modify this Agreement at  any time by providing notice. That notice may be given by posting a revision to these Terms and  Conditions.  

Your continued access or use of the Services after such notice or posting constitutes your consent to  be bound by the Agreement, as amended. You affirm that you will review this Agreement periodically,  so that you are aware of any and all modifications made to this Agreement.  

You may not create a link to this website from another website or document without BBL's prior  written consent.  

The content of the pages of this website is for your general information and use only. It is subject to  change without notice.  

Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we  shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services, or  information available through this website meet your specific requirements.  

Reproduction of materials contained in this website, such as design, layout, look, appearance, and  graphics, is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these  terms and conditions. Except as otherwise indicated, all trademarks, service marks, trade dress, and  trade names are proprietary to BBL.  

You acknowledge that the information and materials provided on this website may contain  inaccuracies or errors, and we explicitly exclude any liability for such inaccuracies or errors to the  fullest extent permitted by law.  

Unauthorized use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense. 

Any dispute arising from the use of our website is subject to the federal laws of the United States as  well as all applicable California City local laws.  

Customer Agreement & Terms of Use  

In order to use most aspects of the Services, you must register for and maintain an active personal  user Services account (“Account”). You must be at least 13 years of age to obtain an Account.  Account registration requires you to submit to BBL certain personal information, such as your name,  address, and mobile phone number, as well as at least one valid credit card. You agree to maintain  accurate, complete, and up-to-date information in your Account. Your failure to maintain accurate,  complete, and up-to-date Account information, including having an invalid or expired credit card on  file, may result in your inability to access and use the Services or BBL’s termination of this  Agreement with you. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account, and, as  such, you agree to maintain the security and secrecy of your Account username and password at all  times. Unless otherwise permitted by BBL in writing, you may only possess one Account.  

By creating an Account, you agree that BBL may send you text messages (SMS) as part of the  normal business operation of your use of the Services. You may opt-out of receiving SMS from BBL  at any time by logging into your profile or contacting our support team. You acknowledge that opting  out of receiving SMS may impact your use of the Services.  

By purchasing our services, the customer agrees they are at risk at all times for the loss or damage  of their personal property. Therefore, the customer agrees any claims and reimbursements must be  made in accordance with BBL’s policies.  

Dry Cleaning Damage Policy  

Should an order include “dry-clean” items, it is the customer’s responsibility to:  

Physically place such items in a dedicated bag (separated from the regular  laundry);  

Select the “quick order dry clean” option in the shopping cart when placing the  order;  

Make reference in the commentary section as to which bag contains the dry clean  garments.  

Failure to do so might cause dry-clean garments to be laundered and damaged in the process.  While our washing team does its best to identify such items and sort them, BBL will not be held  responsible. 

At BBL, we use the utmost care in processing articles entrusted to us. Through our years of  experience and extensive knowledge, we use processes, which we believe are best suited to the  nature and condition of each individual article. However, damages may inevitably occur.  Nevertheless, we cannot assume responsibility for inherent weaknesses or defects in materials that  are not readily apparent prior to processing. This applies particularly, but not exclusively, to suedes,  leathers, silks, satins, double-faced fabrics, vinyls, polyurethanes, lace, etc. Responsibility also is  disclaimed for trimmings, buckles, beads, buttons, bells, and sequins.  

BBL is not responsible for garments with inherent manufacturer defects or mislabeling of cleaning  procedure. Claims for damaged items must be reported within 72 hours from the time of pick up or  delivery, accompanied by the ticket and receipt or proof of purchase.  

Reimbursement therein will be issued in accordance with the appraised value of each damaged item  by following the International Fair Claims Guide for Consumer Textile Products as set forth by the  International Fabricare Institute and shall not exceed more than ten times our charge for cleaning the  item.  

Lost Item Policy  

Every measure is taken to ensure there is no loss of personal property. However, in the rare instance  that items are missing, a claim must be submitted within 72 hours from the time of pick up or delivery  or drop off and pick up, along with a receipt or proof of purchase and the ticket.  

Reimbursement (preferably in the form of store credit) will amount to the lower of:  

6 times our charge for cleaning the item;  

Or  

Replacement value of the garment(s). 50% if purchase made under 3 months, 25%  from 3-6 months, and 10% after 6 months of purchase. Receipt(s) must be  furnished upon request.  

Although our staff is trained to meticulously examine each garment for private property and  valuables left inside garments, BBL is not responsible for any such missing items.  

We cannot hold unclaimed garments for more than 90 days. BBL will make a reasonable effort to  notify the customer prior to the expiration of this period using the contact information on file. Beyond  this period, unclaimed garments will be donated to charity accordingly.  

Wash & Fold Policy 

By using our services or placing an order through the mobile application, website, or phone you  agree to the following terms:  

Reimbursements for lost or damaged items tendered through our Wash & Fold laundering service  may be issued if a detailed list of each item is accompanied with the order at the time of drop off.  The list must include the brand, item style, color, and size of each individual item in the order. The  value of the reimbursement for Wash & Fold services shall not exceed more than 6 times our charge  for cleaning the order, preferably in the form of store credits. If no list is provided at the time of drop  off, BBL is not responsible for any lost or damaged items and there will be NO REIMBURSEMENTS  or compensation of any form.  

Bubble Beach Laundry does all laundry in state-of-the-art commercial-grade washing machines and  therefore does not accommodate “hand washing” instructions. Items requiring “hand washing” must  be clearly separated and labeled by the customer, and they will be processed using a “gentle cycle”  as the closest available alternative. Please be advised that BBL cannot assume responsibility for any  

damage that may result, given the specialized nature of such garments.  

All prices on the website or mobile application are estimates based on the weight you enter and may  be subject to change based upon BBL policy or accurate weight measurements. Should an order  include an infestation/mold/textile remediation we charge $3.49 per pound for wash and fold items or  $2.00 per item for dry cleaning. Should an order include “hang dry” items, it is the customer’s  responsibility to:  

Inform us in the notes section of their order;  

Select the “hang dry” option in the shopping cart when placing the order;  Make reference in the commentary section as to which bag contains the “hang dry”  garments.  

Failure to do so might cause such garments to get dried on standard medium temperature and get  damaged in the process. While our washing team does its best to identify such items and sort them,  BBL will not be held responsible.  

Normal Wear & Tear Policy  

Additionally, Bubble Beach Laundry is not liable for any normal wear and tear that results from the  cleaning process. While our service optimizes for water use and features trained attendants skilled  at removing stains and delivering the freshest press or fold, there is otherwise nothing fundamentally  different about our processes or equipment that would cause wear and tear unique from washing at  home. 

“Normal wear & tear” includes:  

Shrinkage of items serviced according to care labels. Some fabrics are simply prone  to shrinkage despite proper care. This is due to their type, quality, construction, and age.  For example, cotton is a fabric known to shrink despite care being provided in accordance  with care labels. 

Tiny holes and tears. As garments age, they grow increasingly prone to the  development of tiny, sometimes “pin-sized”, holes or tears. This is, again, related to the  age of the garment and the type of material used. These would, unfortunately, develop no  matter where the laundering was done. 

Lastly, while our team of experts are trained to identify items that may be meant for a different  service type, there is also an amount of “trust” placed in our Customers to sort their clothing  according to service type, and place their wash and fold, hang dry items, and dry cleaning in  separate bags. We also ask that bags containing hang dry items and dry cleaning be clearly labeled  to avoid any mistakes in processing.  

Coupons  

All first-time customers of BBL save 15% on their first order. Other coupon types are only applicable  for existing customers. You cannot stack coupons, only one coupon per order.  

Hotel customers and orders that contain infestations do not receive the first-time discount or any  other discounts.  

At its discretion, BBL creates promotional codes that may be redeemed for credit or other benefits,  subject to terms set by BBL for specific promotional campaigns. The Customer agrees any coupon:  

Must be used for the intended audience and purpose, and in a lawful manner;  May be disabled by BBL at any time for any reason without liability to BBL, may not  be duplicated, sold or transferred in any manner, or made available to the general  public, unless expressly permitted by BBL, in advance in writing;  

Are not valid for cash and may expire prior to your use.  

Bubble Beach Laundry reserves the right to withhold or deduct credits or other features or benefits  obtained through the use of Promo Codes by you or any other user in the event that BBL determines  or believes that the use or redemption of the Promo Code was in error, fraudulent, illegal, or in  violation of the applicable Promo Code or the terms of the agreement.
